What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities, limitations, and goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient goals
- Provide therapeutic activities, exercises, and adaptive equipment training to improve motor skills, coordination, and daily living skills
- Monitor and document patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on strategies to maintain independence
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Keep accurate, timely patient records
