Candidates should have hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and general property maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform general apartment repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and minor carpentry.
  • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including repairs, painting, cleaning, and make-ready work.
  • Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and property inspections.
  • Maintain clean and safe buildings, grounds, and common areas.
  • Troubleshoot maintenance issues and report major repair needs to management.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good working condition.
  • Follow company safety procedures and maintain professional relationships with residents and coworkers.
  • Assist with additional maintenance duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous apartment or residential property maintenance experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple maintenance requests.
  • Availability for occasional overtime or weekend work as needed.
Additional Requirements for HVAC Maintenance Technician:
  • HVAC certification required.
  • Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential HVAC systems.
  • Ability to assist with general maintenance repairs and apartment make-readies when needed.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Accept a background check to be performed
  • Accept a drug test to be performed
  • Lift up to 65 pounds
  • Stay on your feet for 8 hour shifts
