Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate packaging, labeling, and inventory management of electronic components.

Key Responsibilities:
Securing Crates: Able to read measuring tapes, operate an impact drill, and cut lumber using a miter saw. This will be the primary task.
Shipping & Receiving: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
Packaging & Labeling: Properly package sensitive electronic components to prevent damage during transit. Accurately label products according to customer requirements.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and update warehouse management systems (WMS) as needed.
Quality Control: Check damaged or defective items and report to management.
Warehouse Operations: Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
General Support: Provide assistance in other warehouse duties as assigned, including order picking, stocking, and material handling.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
Knowledge of handling and packaging sensitive electronic components.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcode scanning.
Ability to read and follow packing lists, invoices, and shipping documents.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
Ability to use manual or electric pallet jack.
Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
Excellent English communication.
Working Conditions
Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
