  • $75,000 annual base salary
  • Tips
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits with 50% of the employee premium paid by the company

The Person We're Looking For

We're looking for more than an RN who can start an IV.
The right Clinic Director will be someone who can lead the clinic while still being willing to roll up their sleeves and take care of patients.
You should be comfortable moving between clinical care, team leadership, patient service, and day-to-day problem solving.
You may be an excellent fit if you are:
  • Clinically confident and highly skilled with IVs
  • Professional and polished with patients
  • Calm and decisive when unexpected situations arise
  • Comfortable holding others accountable while maintaining a positive team environment
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Interested in wellness, preventative care, and emerging treatment options
  • Business-minded and interested in helping a clinic grow
  • Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done
For the right RN, this is an opportunity to take an important leadership role in a new clinic and help shape its culture, patient experience, and long-term success.
