PCI's hiring an HR Operations Specialist who will primarily be responsible for managing all human resources functions and initiatives throughout the employee life-cycle. This role partners with business leaders and collaborates with team members in other functions. This role will report to the Compensation and Benefits Manager.

The Right Stuff The qualities we want to see in our candidates:
  • SHRM-CP or PHR
  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws
  • Demonstrate solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentiality
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
  • Expert level Excel, PowerPoint and G Suite skills

The Fun Stuff The awesome stuff you'll be working on:
  • ADP WFN HRIS Support:
    • Maintain HRIS data integrity, data cleanup, audit activities, handle day-to-day HRIS operational tasks
    • Assist with the development and maintenance of interfaces between HRIS and other systems.
    • Manage user access, maintaining delivered content, uploading mass data changes, and configuring systems to meet business needs
    • Reporting, both standard and custom, configuring custom reports, fields, and derived fields as needed
    • Deliver  regular HR reporting/metrics/dashboards for internal (HR) and external (business) customers
    • Assist with communications & training to help drive awareness and adoption of HRIS resources
    • Maintain data integrity for HRIS using ADP and provide reporting support for HR and Operations
    • Implement respective corporate HR plans and programs as applicable (goal setting processes, performance management, training programs, etc.)
    • Weekly and monthly reporting, benefits utilization, (WOT-C), EEO-1, Vets 100 and 5500. 

  • Benefits and Wellness Program Administration:
    • Notify to employees of opportunities to enroll and produce enrollment communications
    • Partner with Finance and ADP benefits representative on billing and premium payment calculations 
    • Process Garnishments and notify associates of deductions 
    • Provide audit support for Non-Discrimination testing
    • Backup Payroll Specialist:
      • Manage full cycle payroll process for 400 employees and process semi-monthly payroll, new employee  

  • Minimum Qualification:
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting or similar degree
    • 2-3 years experience working in a dedicated human resources role

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Live in the Dallas, TX area
  • 2+ years of HR-related experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business related field or 4 yrs of relevant HR experience
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree
