We are looking for a highly organized and strong communicator who works well as a part of a team and can support HR and corporate functions. Office administration, supporting the corporate office such as bill paying, travel booking and other as needed. Our office is located in Dallas, TX and this person needs to be local to the Dallas office, but this position does offer some flexibility working from home.

  • Strong experience using ADP, Zoom, Canva, Excel, Microsoft, Word, and G Suite

You will be joining a team of high performing and innovative HR professionals that thrive for new challenges daily at a company that demonstrates the greatest care for its Associates with a record of accomplishment through culture and servant leadership.
  • Onboarding and Associate Support: 
    • Responsible for creating an amazing onboarding experience by providing welcome packet, scheduling orientation, and automate and audit HR files via ADP Document Cloud 
    • Day to day questions about benefits, payroll or other HR related administrative duties 
    • Compliance administration, new hire data entry, I-9s, E-Verify, WOT-C and unemployment.
  • Event Planning and Recognition:
    • Manage corporate calendar (holidays) and employee recognition (birthdays, anniversaries)
    • Design graphics to promote company news,  initiatives and upcoming events via intranet and ADP Portal. 
    • Plan events for holidays and corporate sales recognition programs
  • Office Administration:
    • Corporate mail
    • Event planning
Minimum Qualification:
  • 2+ years of HR-related experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business related field
  • Live in the Dallas, TX area
  • 2+ years of HR-related experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business related field or 4 years of HR experience
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree
