We are seeking a dependable and professional Security Guard to support safety and physical security at our Arlington facility. This position is responsible for monitoring employees and visitors entering the facility, maintaining awareness of activity throughout the property, and helping ensure a safe and secure workplace.

Responsibilities
- Check in employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors entering the facility.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points.
- Conduct routine patrols of the building, parking areas, and surrounding grounds.
- Watch for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security issues.
- Help enforce facility security and safety procedures.
- Respond appropriately to incidents and notify management or emergency services when necessary.
- Document security incidents, unusual activity, and other concerns.
- Maintain a professional and helpful presence when interacting with employees and visitors.
Qualifications
- Previous security, loss prevention, military, law enforcement, or similar experience preferred.
- Some prior experience in a security-related role is required.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures.
- Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods and conducting routine patrols.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when responding to security or safety concerns.
Important: This is an unarmed security position. The Security Guard will not carry a firearm or other weapon while performing duties for this assignment.

- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
