Hire Energy is seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our field operations team supporting oil and gas locations. This role is hands-on and critical to job site success, involving everything from rig-up and rig-down to operating frac equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience operating oilfield equipment preferred
- Strong understanding of oilfield safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work long hours in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Willingness to travel and work rotational schedules
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Key Responsibilities
- Perform rig-up and rig-down of frac equipment and associated iron safely and efficiently
- Operate various frac equipment including pumps, blenders, hydration units, and auxiliary systems
- Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspections
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including JSA participation and hazard identification
- Monitor equipment performance and communicate issues to supervisors and crew members
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and safe job execution
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on location
- Accept a background check to be performed
- Accept a drug test to be performed
- Work a rotating schedule - nights/weekends
