Hire Energy OFS is now hiring experienced oilfield personnel for Pump Down, Toe Prep, Frac Support, and Equipment Operations.
We are looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals with hands-on frac experience who understand the importance of operating equipment efficiently, safely, and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Position Requirements
Candidates should have experience with one or more of the following:
Frac Pumps
Blenders
Hydration Units
Chemical Additive Units
Sand Equipment
Frac Pump operations
Pump Down Operations
Toe Prep Operations
Pressure Testing
Rig Up / Rig Down
Fluid Transfer Equipment
Wellsite Operations
14 Days On / 7 Days Off

Responsibilities
Safely operate and maintain assigned equipment.
Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance.
Assist with rig up, rig down, and equipment mobilization.
Complete required paperwork, JSA's, inspections, and safety documentation.
Follow all customer and company safety procedures.
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues in the field.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Work effectively with customers, supervisors, and fellow crew members.
Represent Hire Energy OFS professionally at all times.
Qualifications
Previous oilfield and frac experience required.
Experience operating pumps, blenders, hydration units, or other frac equipment preferred.
Valid Driver's License required.
CDL preferred but not required.
Ability to pass drug screening and background requirements.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Must be willing to travel.
