Position Overview
We are seeking an Assembler I to assemble parts and components into finished products or sub-assemblies in a fast-paced production environment. This role follows work instructions, drawings, and quality standards to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Dependable, punctual, and reliable
Ability to meet production metrics in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly
Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools
Ability to read assembly drawings or blueprints
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Basic math skills for measurements and counts
Experience with mechanical, electrical, or electronic assemblies
