The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering reporting requirements, generating customized reports, and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders. They will utilize tooling including AWS Redshift, Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Tableau. Results will ultimately affect a broad spectrum of business and healthcare decisions across client companies.

  • Set up analytics for clients using GA and GTM
  • Gather reporting requirements from clients and mPulse Mobile's client-facing teams
  • Write complex SQL queries to support custom reporting needs
  • Monitor and solve issues with data tracking
  • Organize and document analytics file structures
  • Optimize data gathering processes, and work with Data Engineers to improve shortcomings
  • Continuously assess data structures and reduce redundant work in analysis
  • Answer unique client data requests
  • Create decks to present to clients through PowerPoint
  • Create and present high-end visualizations to display complex data in a clear way
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience with Google Analytics suite
  • Experience with SQL/Redshift
  • Presentation-building and storytelling skills
  • High attention to detail and precision
  • Ability to think creatively to solve complex analytics questions
  • Ability to identify when data feels “off” and needs correcting
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Experience working full-time in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of manipulating numbers and data
  • Quick and attentive learner
  • Attention to detail and diligence in responding to internal and external requests
