What You'll Do

🔹 Be the heartbeat of our HR operations - ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
🔹 Own the employee experience - from welcoming new hires to supporting team transitions
🔹 Coordinate hiring efforts - schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and support onboarding
🔹 Keep our records sharp - maintain accurate employee data and ensure our HR systems are up to date
🔹 Support our people - answer employee questions, guide them through policies, and be a trusted point of contact
🔹 Drive engagement - help plan events, recognition programs, and culture initiatives that bring our team together
🔹 Champion compliance - make sure we're aligned with all employment laws and internal procedures
🔹 Jump into projects - contribute to exciting HR initiatives that improve how we work and grow

What We're Looking For

  • 0-2 years of HR or administrative experience (HR experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proactive, team-player mindset with a desire to learn and grow in HR
