Coordinate hiring efforts - schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and support onboarding

Keep our records sharp - maintain accurate employee data and ensure our HR systems are up to date

Support our people - answer employee questions, guide them through policies, and be a trusted point of contact

Drive engagement - help plan events, recognition programs, and culture initiatives that bring our team together

Champion compliance - make sure we're aligned with all employment laws and internal procedures

Jump into projects - contribute to exciting HR initiatives that improve how we work and grow
What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years of HR or administrative experience (HR experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, team-player mindset with a desire to learn and grow in HR
