The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the manufacturing facility through preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance. This role ensures equipment, machinery, and facility systems operate safely and efficiently while contributing to continuous improvement and overall plant reliability. The Maintenance Technician is expected to actively participate in required training programs to enhance technical skills and maintain up-to-date knowledge of facility systems, maintenance practices, and workplace safety standards.

Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment issues.
Maintain and support automated assembly equipment and conveyor systems.
Utilize standard maintenance tools, including hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions using the company's maintenance management system.
Support multiple maintenance disciplines, including industrial electrical, automation, mechanical, and plumbing, as well as general building and grounds upkeep.
Assist with facility improvement projects, including construction, remodeling, and painting as needed.
Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other material handling equipment as required.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in alignment with OSHA standard including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing general housekeeping duties.

Education & Experience:
Education level is a high school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or associate degree in maintenance or related field preferred.
1-2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills working collaboratively in a team environment, with the ability to work independently. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance management systems. Willingness to learn and develop skills through ongoing training and have a commitment to continuous improvement.
Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English language to understand instructions and other writings from work instructions or sharing to teams.
Travel Requirements:
May require occasional travel between two site locations within the Cincinnati area.
