Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and bilingual On-Site Recruiters to support our client operations across multiple locations in the Fort Worth area. This is a hands-on recruiting role based on-site with our clients, responsible for the full life cycle of staffing from sourcing and onboarding to employee support and management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and production roles.
- Onboard and assign talent to client facilities in a timely and compliant manner.
- Act as the on-site representative and primary point of contact for temporary employees.
- Monitor attendance, track time, and assist with scheduling needs.
- Issue PPE and ensure staff adhere to safety policies and site protocols.
- Support and manage employee relations, including coaching and performance feedback.
- Partner with client contacts to understand hiring needs and provide workforce solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with company and client expectations.
- Actively engage in team calls by sharing real-time client updates, detailed job requirements, and clear expectations to align recruiting efforts and improve fill speed.
- Local to the DFW or Surrounding Areas
- Experience in Recruiting or Workforce Management
- Accept a background check to be performed
- Knowledge in: Warehouse staffing
- Knowledge in: Phone etiquite
- Knowledge in: High volume recruiting
