We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and compassionate individual to join our Orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will be upbeat with excellent communication skills, and clinical expertise with a willingness to learn. The APP will split time between various outpatient clinics - Freehold and Monroe offices. This is a Monday-Friday position with no call, weekends, or holidays.
The ideal candidate will work directly with our orthopedic physicians to evaluate, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal conditions, assist with procedures, and support patients through post-surgical and rehabilitation care.

  • Provide comprehensive care for orthopedic and spine patients, including evaluation of axial and radicular spine conditions, conservative management, and postoperative care
  • Work closely with Orthopedics/Orthopedic Spine Surgery, supporting a high-volume spine practice
  • Collaborate within a robust orthopedic group composed of 21 providers (physicians and APPs) supported by strong ancillary staff
  • Conduct orthopedic evaluations and develop treatment plans under physician supervision for patients  with spine, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal injuries.
  • Assist with joint injections, splinting, casting, and minor in-office procedures.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results as appropriate.
  • Provide pre- and post-operative education and follow-up care to patients.
  • Collaborate closely with physical therapists, chiropractors, and medical assistants to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Participate in case management, chart reviews, and provider meetings as needed.
  • US Citizen
  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey as a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner
  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey as a Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner
  • Current CDS
  • Current Drug Enforcement Administration ( DEA)
  • Physician Assistant ( PA-C) certification issued by the National Commisssion of Certification Of Physicians Assistants ( NCCPA) OR Masters of Science in Nursing ( MSN) from an accredited program for nursing education and successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program
