Sales Development Representative "Hunter" role focused on prospecting, prospecting, and prospecting some more. Role drives net new MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) by prospecting defined accounts (companies) while setting up opportunities and passing them along to an assigned sales director. There is strong potential for growth within the organization to specific mapped out roles for successful Sales Development Representatives.
This role requires 70-100 calls/day with 20-30 emails sent/day. We have software and tools like Outreach.io and ZoomInfo to streamline workflow and make it easy to achieve these metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships internally as well as within your respective territory
Generating outbound interest via Phone and Email, and capturing detailed information as instructed
Prospect, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities and pass them to the appropriate sales director
Consistently achieve daily sales goals - calls, emails, appointments set
Work with sales directors to identify target accounts, and create an effective account plan for each
Self-confident communicator comfortable speaking with Director, VP, and C-Suite employees
Effectively leverage internal resources to move appointments forward
Uncover customer needs and align to mPulse Mobile solutions
Accurately forecast activity inside Salesforce.com, as well as utilizing other prospecting tools LinkedIn, etc
Skills, Abilities and Experience:
Preferred 1+ years of sales or telesales experience in the software/technology or healthcare sector; we are seeking entry-level candidates who are hungry to get robust sales experience in this role and eventually grow within our organization
Interest in Healthcare and working in a high energy, high paced, start-up environment
Experience selling into the healthcare environment (payers, providers, hospitals/IDN, wellness) preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others
Outside the box thinker who is quick on their feet
Self-motivated, driven, and mature individual with the will to win every day
Dynamic personality who thrives in a team environment
Preferred proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Gong.io and other business software
Work from home but can come into our Encino office when needed
Bachelors Degree in Business, Communication or other related field
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of related
1 Year of sales or telesales experience in the software/technology sector
