Purpose of the Role:

The VP of Product Management is a key role in making mPulse the leader in outcome-driven health engagement. This person will gain insights into market and customer needs, determine product strategy and execute go-to-market plans. The person will create and communicate product roadmaps and deliver products to delight our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and related personnel.
  • Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables.
  • Product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across all products/product lines.
  • Lead, define, represent, and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders.
  • Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities.
  • Own the product roadmap and communicate with customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics.
  • Deliver product releases to achieve customer growth and business results.
  • Assess market trends and customer feedback to develop product strategy.
  • Manage go-to-market plans for each product release.
  • Define pricing and competitive positioning for each product.
  • Drive innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership and decisive action.
Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
  • Experience practicing product owner/manager in a lean/agile SaaS product development team
  • Experience leading a team of product managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of delivering successful enterprise SaaS products (B2B, B2B2C)
  • Ability to Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers.
  • Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years as a practicing product owner/manager in a lean/agile SaaS product development team
  • 5+ years of leading a team of product managers in a fast-paced environment
  • MBA or business management qualifications
  • Clear and concise communication style and presentation skills
  • Personal culture of execution ("focus and deliver") and meeting commitments
  • Minimum 5+ years as a practicing product owner/manager in a lean/agile SaaS product development team
  • Minimum 5+ years of leading a team of product managers in a fast-paced environment
